Bellarmine University students can find Black Friday deals over the holiday break.
Students can find deals starting the evening of Thanksgiving, both in town and online.
Popular stops such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy and Game Stop will open late Thanksgiving and again open in the early hours of Black Friday.
According to its website, Mall St. Matthews will be open Thanksgiving 6 p.m. to midnight and Black Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Stores such as Aeropostale, Aerie, American Eagle and Victoria’s Secret Pink in the Mall St. Matthews are known to give student discounts, but this depends upon the location.
According to its website, Oxmoor Center will be open Thanksgiving 6 p.m. to midnight and Black Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Madewell and Apple are in the Oxmoor Center and often offer deals to students, but this may vary.
According to its website, The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass will be open Thanksgiving 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Black Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. However, Nike and Zumiez will not open on Thanksgiving until 8 p.m. and 9 p.m, respectively. Bose, Christopher & Banks, H&M, Kay Jewelers and Maurice’s will all be closed on Thanksgiving.
Nike, J. Crew and Kate Spade may offer additional discounts to students, but this depends on the location.
